Cornerstone Masonry delivered the full interior and exterior CMU scope for the Tech CU Arena, a modern multipurpose facility located in San Jose, CA. Working in partnership with Devcon Construction, our team constructed durable, high-performance masonry systems designed to meet the structural, safety, and functional needs of a premier sports and events venue.

Our work included the layout, reinforcement, and installation of all CMU wall assemblies throughout the arena, from foundational structural components to complex interior partitions. Built to withstand heavy public use, high occupancy demands, and rigorous seismic requirements, each masonry element was executed with precision and attention to detail. Through strong coordination with other trades and a commitment to schedule and quality, we ensured seamless integration of our work across all phases of construction.
